CIG Earth Day Blog Hop…. DAY 2

Thanks for stopping by to check out Day 2 of the Earth Day Blog Hop.  If you just ended up here, make sure you go back to the beginning of the hop at Create It Green.  Now although Earth Day is officially over, we should always be thinking about how we can each do our part for the earth. 

For my next two projects, I will be using paper from Green Field Paper Company, one of our sponsors and a company that really thinks about how they can help do their part!!! 

Please note before you continue on that I do not normally make cards but for the hop I thought I would push out of my comfort zone and make a card or two.  Here is my first attempt.

I am used the adorable earth digital stamp that Meljen Designs graciously made for us.  I had some scraps left over that I used for the folded design element on the side. 

My second card might look a little familiar because I used the same background for the blinkies I made.  The card itself is made from the Green Field Paper Company with paper from an old 1950’s encyclopedia and a globe from a 1964 atlas I had.  I like this one a lot!!
